Daniel Burk – President

With 25 years of experience in project management and project controls, Mr. Burk has consistently provided CPM Scheduling services to clients during the programming, design, and construction phases. A background in construction provides a foundation for his work, while his experience in project controls supports his analysis of design and construction delays and conflicts. He has participated in the preparation of disruption and cost analyses, has prepared and analyzed as-planned and as-built schedules, and has performed delay analyses. He has also been responsible for developing and updating contemporaneous project schedules and performing time impact analyses on numerous projects.

In addition, Mr. Burk has solid experience working with Primavera software on the implementation of enterprise project control for various clients. He has provided expert testimony for favorable resolution of a $28 million claim and has participated in various Dispute Resolutions with owners, contractor and subcontractors. Since 1996, Mr. Burk has trained construction professionals nationwide in over 50 one-day and three-day Primavera Software, construction management and forensics seminars.
